We allow small events up to 40 people at Yallaha with a minimum 4-night stay. We just ask that a few rules are followed to be good neighbors and ensure we can continue allowing events on the property.
- Quiet hours set by the City of St. Augustine are 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends - all events need to be wrapped up or moved inside by this time.
- No street parking and no parking in the grass - there is space for 10-12 vehicles on property's driveway and in the garage.
- No tents in the grass. Pop up tents are allowed on the back deck if necessary.
- All outdoor furniture can be moved around freely but please ask for our assistance if you would like to move any indoor furniture.
- We ask that all catered events have any trash taken by the caterer at the end of the night to not overflow our trash cans.
